What is the difference between Base versus Temporary Capacity in the measures
field list in Data Analysis?

Base capacity (also known as baseline capacity) is a new concept of maximum
work capacity and is only used for RM reports.

Temporary Capacity took the place of Temporary Availablity that was in
Project Server 2003.
It stems from what information is entered in the Resource Information
section and blocking out dates.
An example of Temp Capacity is when a resource is only available say in June
for 50%.
