Baseline decreasing instead of increasing

I am adding a new task to an existing baseline. When using the
Baseline-->Selected Tasks-->Rollup To all summary tasks the summary amounts
DECREASE instead of INCREASE. Can't figure out why.

Any help appreciated. Thx
