Baseline Work Hours - Gantt Chart vs Resource Usage View

Hi,

Why would I get different results when I get the Baseline Work Hours
from the following views:

1) Gantt View(Insert Baseline Work hours)group by Resource. Baseline
Work for a particular resource is 256 hours.

2)Resource Usage view (Insert Baseline Work hours) Baseline Work for
the same resource is 3200 hours.

This project uses a Resource Pool. With or without the Resource Pool
open I get the same results.

Steve:

Detach the project from the resource pool first. Otherwise, you still get
all the hours from all the plans in the resource usage view.
