In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is shutting
down. To answer your questions, add the Baseline Work field to the
timesheet view using the steps detailed in the following FAQ:

When you add the columns to the timesheet page using all of the steps
detailed in the FAQ, the Baseline Work column will then appear on the
Updates page in PWA. Hope this helps.
