Why does project not read the updated baselines for comparence in the report.
Or is there a way to adjust the way it reads baselines????
Thanks
Scott

Hello Scott,
In the Options box: Tools / Options / Calculation
you can choose the baseline that Project will take in account for the Earned
Value : Click the Earned Value button

What do you mean by "updated baselines?" Baselines aren't updated unless
you force them by saving a fresh version and you really shouldn't do that
unless the project changes materially after you have begun work on it.
Multiple baselines are there to preserve an audit trail when the project is
changed. The baseline itself is static, preserving the orginal estimates on
the project for later comparison with the actuals and under normal
circumstances should be saved once before work starts and then locked down
and not updated after that point. If you do update it, you lose all your
variance information
