Basic emails have changed to yellow font?

when i start a new email, the font is yellow and the spacing is 6pt after the
paragraph...options the program changed, not me? how do i change it back to
the default or at least the font to black and 0pt spacing. thank you

ya, tried that, but i still have yellow font? i can set up a plain
stationary, but i want to correct the error. it is as if the computer set
its own format???

Are you using Outlook? You never did say that and I need to see things

Are you saying that when you checked Stationery and Fonts you verified you
didn't have a Theme selected and you checked your font for New Email
messages? If these have been verified then are you using Word as your email
editor? This can also be found on the Format tab. If you are, try
deselecting Word and see if the issue continues to occur.

Hi JoAnn:

Yes, I am using Outlook 2003. All was working great, then one day my font
was yellow and the spacing changed to Auto so there are large gaps between
each paragraph.

Here is a funny fact, the day after I posted the original question, the font
went back to black from yellow all by itself! I did not change a thing???
