Basic question about formating for a "fixed page size"

S

Scott

I'm not trying to do any functions with Excel, I am just
using it to define changes due to a manual.

"Page number", "Information in question", "Revision
Required", "Image Needed", Revision Complete"

are my column headers.

The problem I am encountering is that each chapter has
sometimes fewer, sometimes many more changes due to it
than the next; so when I print out the whole workbook
(each Chapter is a spreadsheet, so when asked for changes
for Chapter 6, I can just print that chapters changes...),
all the sheets are different sizes on the page.

Is there a way to set the page size to a "fixed" size so
that the document has some continuity?

Thanks.

Hi Scott,
Why are you not using Word with table?

Anyway here are some suggestions
1) You can insert page breaks with Insert|Page Break
2) You could use a different sheet for each chapter; use Cut and Paste (keep
a backup copy in case you screw up)
3) Have you found in File|PageSetup Sheet tab how to get specified row(s)
printed at the top of each page?
4) If you select (by dragging mouse) certain rows, then under File|Print you
can specify Selection.
5) Have you experiment with File|PageSetup Page tab, setting Excel to print
with a certain number of pages.

Best wishes
Bernard
