Batch process to copy selected e-mails to Word

A FRIEND has asked me to help with the following.
"How can I copy a set of emails, all in Windows Live Mail, into my Word documents ?
I have a set of emails (all gmail at my end, received and sent) on a certain subject and would like to transfer the lot into my Microsoft Word files,"
Is this possible? How?

Windows Live Mail has no VBA interface, so it can be automated the way you might automate Excel from Word, for example. However, if the emails concerned are in a particular Windows Live Mail storage folder (Windows Live Mail stores email messages as individual .eml files), you should be able to navigate to that folder and open the files using Word.
