BCC (Blue Carbon Copy)

I am trying to paste some address from a program which
recquire to be doneto the BCC window in Outlook Express,
but when in Outlook Express I open the New Message Window
I do not see the BCC option.

Which is the way to paste a group of e-mails from an
address book outside Outlook express which program
recquire to be paste in the BCC window inside Outlook
Express?

View-> BCC or press on the To: button
