BCG Matrix with a numbered coordinate axis

I am trying to create a BCG matrix with a numbered coordinate axis, but I am
not getting along with Excel.

You might want to post this in an appropriate Excel newsgroup -- unless, of
course, your fight with Excel is making you want to get along better with
PowerPoint. :)
