BCM 2003 Cannot find Element

Hello,

I have troubles running BCM on a second PC. The installation works
well but after starting outlook and BCM configuration i get the
following error: "Cannot find element" (My Installation is German so
the original error message is : Das Element kann nicht gefunden
werden).
I use Outlook 2003 SP2 and the latest BCM installation. The same thing
works fine on another computer. I tried to uninstall and re-install
outlook and BCM several times without success.

Can anyone help?

By the latest you mean BCM v2/2003 SP4, on all the machines?

Got it! - I started outlook once in safe mode. After this start, BCM
has made some configuration - now it works well!
