bcm 2003 error msg

when attempting to add a new account , i get the
following message" the custom formcould not be opened.
outlookwill use anoutlook form instead. the form required
to view this message cannot be displayed. contact your
administrator." Does this make any sense to anyone out
there??

Try clearing the forms cache -- Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms | Clear Cache. If that doesn't work, you may want initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit.You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request.
