Question: Can you attach 1 contact to different accounts that you create. I
use to use ACT and was able to tag contacts in multiple groups. Cannot seem
to figure this one out. thanks, Larry

I know what you mean Larry, since I used to use ACT!
I think the answer to your question is no, because a field in the Business
Contact form called 'Account', under the description 'Linked Account' offers
one link only.

Larry,
I have checked this site: http://blogs.msdn.com/bcm which confirms my
understanding and says the following under FAQ's:

No, a Business Contact cannot be linked to more than one Account. A
Business Contact can only be an unlinked stand-alone item, or linked to just
one Account.<<

Smike:

You say that you used to use ACT!.

What made you switch to BCM, and if it was your choice (rather than company
mandated), are you satisfied with the switchover, or is ACT still a better
choice?

I'm using an old version of Goldmine right now, and looking for something to
migrate to. I have ACT installed, and BCM installed, and am using both in
parallel, but the navigation in BCM seems clunky. Trying to figure out
whether it's something that I'm doing wrong, or the software just isn't as
user friendly as ACT is...
