I also was getting a similar msg to Brad's and Outlook would always close.
Citing BCM. I didn't even know what BCM was. I couldn't delete it through the
Control Panel or via MS Office and started using Outlook Express till I could
fix it.
After reading the comments here I have taken it out of my system like Brad
did so hooray my Outlook is working again. What a relief.
I really appreciate all the support you clever people give us.
And sometimes we can manage to fix things ourselves without heading to the
computer shop and shelling out 100's of dollars.
