BCM Contact History settings.

Hi,

I want to set the "Activities" settings for the contacts in BCM. However,
when I look at the "Activities" tab in Properties and try to set email, for
example, I get an error message "The operation failed. The object could not
be found."

Please give me an idea what I am doing wrong.

Also in BCM, how are the "Activities" set for Communication History?
