BCM Contacts Have Reverted to Outlook Appearance and Business ContactManager menu is gone

I would appreciate assistance with the following:

I have been using BCM 2007 for a couple of years now.
Today, when I click on 'Business Contacts in Business Contact Manager'
- the Outlook format is displayed.
Also, the Business Contact Manager menu is missing.

It sounds like something is left in a messed up state, possibly due to
an unexpected crash of your computer or of Outlook. I would suggest
simply to uninstall BCM (do not select the option to uninstall sql
express, because that is unnecessary and will greatly add to the
install time). Then install BCM again. This problem should be fixed.
