BCM Crashing

Unfortunately about the only resolution is to create a new BCM Data file. Go
to Control Panels. Double click the Mail Icon. Click Data File Management
and create a new BCM database. This new database will not have any of your
current data in it so before you do to, if you can get BCM up and running
long enough to export your accounts and contacts, do so. You can then import
them again into your new data file.
