Could someone help me?
I recently purchased Office Pro 2007. I tried to install BCM but a message
came up and said the following.

Setup failed to install the required component Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Express (MSSMLBIZ). Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 cannot
continue. See C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup
Bootstrap\Log\Summary.txt for more detail.

I have removed the program and reinstalled but I still get the same message.

My operating system is Windows XP Pro with Office 2007. I do not think there
is a problem but I fell feed up as I bought this system to help me manage my
contacts and I cannot use this system.

Please cn someone help.

I have exactly the same problem. Have you found any solution?
Thanks and regards

Run the sql setup by itself, and see if it gives better feedback. BCM
runs it in silent mode.

Hi,
I have tried to install MS Outlook 2007 with business contact manager but
have find the following info and installation does not work any more:

1. Cannot continue installing Microsoft Office outlook 2007 with Business
Contact Manager because the setup program did not install the following
component: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express (MSSMLBIZ)
2. A log file, which is useful if you contact Customer Support Services, is
stored in the following location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Summary.txt

I have removed and tried to reinstall but no progress....

Can someone help me at this matter.

Tahir
