Hello, I cannot figure out what is wrong. Here are my specs:
1. Win 2k pro (work laptop)
2. MS office pro w/ BCM v2 (i think v2)
3. Many features like the registry are locked down and I cannot even access
them. (locked down by my IT work people)
Problem:
after I install BCM and open outlook it pops a box up stating that it is
finalizing the install, gets to about 70% and then pops up with >> Exception
from HRESULT: 0xF7A7007E.
I am at a total loss. I can see "business contact manager" in the folders
list but when I go to open an "accounts" file it says that the form is not
there.
