I use the follow up flag and date/time field to help with contacts. In
contacts, I can put this field in the view and past due follow-up's turn the
contact red.
I have moved my customers from contacts into the Business Contacts, this
flag field and past due format no longer applies or works (date/time is emty,
and no red color)? The flag icon still gets displayed and the date and time
settings are ok when I check the follow-up dialog from within the BC record?
Is there different assoicated fields with this? Is there another way I
should be doing the follow-up reminders with BCM?
