Can't open email because the error box pops up automatically stating, "BCM
has encounted a problem and needs to close". Ok fine, I send the error
report. Here I sit unable to get email, can't get to any of the addresses,
etc. This bites. Any idea how I can fix this, or how I can try to get the
addresses out of there and then delete BCM, ultimately moving back to the
basic Outlook Express ?! Thanks in advance.
