BCM - importing from Outlook contacts

I want to use BCM to manage my bosses contacts. I see that I can import his
contacts but then I will need to manage two different contact files, BCM and
his existing Outlook contacts. Am I correct?

The easiest way to manage your boss's BCM data is for your boss to
share their database with you, and for you to connect your BCM to
their database.

I don't know how you can manage your boss's Outlook Contacts, but
there may be a mechanism in Exchange, if you are both using the same
Exchange server for your Outlook email.
