BCM in public forlder

I'm new to BCM and am trying to figure it all out. Using it as an
alternative to ACT! which we've had for years. I'd loke to move
completely to BCM but have a few issues.

I cannot find anywhere in the documentation, how to use it as a public
contacts folder? In other words, I like it to be on an exchange server
available to all, not just shared, user to user.

Additionally, if it were in a public folder, wouild BCM then have to be
installed on all computers who used it?
