I had a system crash and restored. Had to reinstall Office. Now trying to
reinstall BCM and don't get very far. Setup Wizard stops and gives pop-up.
The error string from the log file is: Error writing to file:
Microsoft\NetEnterpriseServers.ExceptionMessageBox.dll Verify that you have
access to that directory. Error number 1304.
