BCM installation problem. Please help.

Installation Error message: "Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 requires File and Print Sharing to be enabled. Please enable this service and run setup again."

I have installed the File and Print Sharing program in Network and checked the checkbox. Restarted the computer and tried again but still get the same message. Can anyone help me solve this?

I have upgraded from Office 2000 pro to 2003 pro before installing the BCM.

I am using Window XP pro on a Compaq Evo W6000 work station.
