BCM Is gone

Hi,
I've had some issues with BCM, but now I can't get it to work at all,
I uninstalled it and reinstalled and now I can't see it within
Outlook at all. I'm using SBS 2003 with Exchange and I'm using Outlook 2007.
Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks Craig

Outlook may have disabled BCM.

In the Windows Registry check:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.1
The value of LoadBehavior should be 3 for Outlook to load it.

Hmmm. Even Outlook without the user is automatically "disabling" BCM by
itself. Not a good omen for MS. :)

Hmmm ...my BCM is still visible but not working - and like you I have
uninstalled & reinstalled. I'm using BCM for Outlook 2003
I'll check the registry. Why would Outlook suddenly(?) disable this???

I have the same problem too.Started with History and several features
missing. Then homepage in BCM crashed i.e. some message saying that it could
not perform the last function . Please retry. when retry the same message
appears - and it does not allow me to get out. Had to perform task manager to
end.
So, I also uninstall, and reinstall BCM, and then still unable to find BCM,
even though properly installed. I configured the Microsoft Small Business
Office - and then had this message posted that the BCM version does not
match.
How come there is so much problem ? Getting frustrated. Any fixes out there???
