BCM loads inbox into the BCM history

Hi, I see that alot of people have had this problem and I've tried all those
fixes but nothing is working. I've cleared the cache and I have nothing
disabled. my computer has all the Microsoft updates, anyone know where to go
from here. This is frustrating.

Hi

Check if Business Tools is avaliable else go to help > About Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled items and enable BCM .If this does not work search for
the file outlook.box and if found rename to outlook.old

thanks. I ended up reloading Outlook BCM from the disk because I need it to
operate. I will keep this information though, I'm sure I will need it in the
future.
