BCM Mobile Custom Fields

a) I am tryng to synchronize my Outlook 2007 BCM contacts to my HTC Touch,
running in Windows Mobile 6.1.

But my custom fields are not transferred to the mobile device.

What shall I do ?

b) Would the transfer be possible on a HTC Pro2 running in Windows Mobile
6.1 ?

c) On which device and which mobile operating system would the transfer be
possible?
