BCM not linking automatically

I'm currently using BCM V2 and it is not linking all of my emails. It worked
fine in
V1. Currently Autolinking is turned on, and all contacts have the appropriate
check mark, as well as all of the folders. I've also run the "search an
autolink" and it still does not find the emails.
Yes, I can manually link without a problem.

I hade the same trouble as you, don´t know if this help you but this is how i
did.
I am using the Outlook connector for Lotus Notes, and whr i tride to link
all of my colleagues mail, i just didn´t work.
The soulotions was to change their email adresses to a "some sort of
connection email" instead of [email protected], the email adress
was
CN=Anders.andersson/OU=ourdomain/OU=domain/O=foretaget

Then the linking worked, have to tried to add an adress outside the company
walls, for example a hotmail-adress and se if this automatically linking is
working.

I had the same trouble, I'm a newbie. Here's a couple of things I've done,
however, I still have bugs in the system. If the questionner had an earlier
version and no problem then perhaps my data entry error is familiar to most:
I found that if I already had an email in bc list and a new email from same
company wrote, I didn't automatically identify that they had dissimilar
emails. So you have to have email 2, 3 etc. for all the variations of info@,
support@ etc. from one company. Once that was solved, I could auto-link.
But there must be something else I'm not getting. My last resort is to
retype the contact name and email, etc. and for some reason after I saved, I
can go back and link. However, even if I'm doing some weird little thing, it
shouldn't be so hard to figure out. Still I was going to write, despite the
above wisdom because there are some irritating emails I still can't auto-link
with all my tricks and it is exhausting. What's your experience?

I am having the same problem. I have to manually check each email to make
sure it is linking and this is not very productive.
