BCM & Outlook Not responding

Hi, My company has just launched an email campain and used the Campaign tool
in BCM to send to approx 9800 business contacts. However, after a couple of
hours, Outlook & BCM report in to tsk manager as Not Responding, though
OUTLOOK process is currently running steady at 25% processor capacity and
both OUTLOOK and SQL SERVER are taking up approx 780Mb and 500Mb of memory
respectively. I am wary of abnormally ending the programs through task
manager as the BCM SQL database may be open and get corrupted.
