BCM problem with contacts

When I copy contacts from my "normal Outlook" I get he following message for
some of them: "Cannot copy the items. Data in hidden field.... currently has
a length of 8755. this exceeds the maximun allowed length of 8000".

Anyonehad this problem and how did you resolve it please?

Is there anything in the Contact that triggers that error that appears
to have more than 8K of data? Are you using other addins with Outlook?
