BCM - problems reinstalling

Clean install and update BCMUPD2 leads to BCM Folder showing but nothing in
the toolbars.

When Outlook is booted error message :

Your .oft file for message class IPM.Contact.BCM Account has a wrong
version. Requested version 2.00.351600 .oft for version 1.00.1616.00

I've Googled it and searched Microsoft Knowledge Base - nothing helpful.

Search for Outlook forms cache, and find the instructions on how to
clear it. That should fix these problem in most instances.
