This happens when I start Outlook and BCM is attempting to load. My options
are to retry, cancel, help.
I have worked through the help section (confirmed my user is entered in the
BCMUsers Group).
The only solution I have found to consistently work is closing all appz,
running boot-time defrag with Diskeeper 9.
