BCM with Outlook2003 on SBS2003 Domain, Unable to add BCM runnin.

I have tried to run BCM as a restriced user on a Window XP Pro SP2 running
Office 2003, SBS2003 Domain. I added domain user account under workstation
BCM User account without success. I am able to add the BCM run as local
Administrator on Outlook 2003. I don't want to run Outlook 2003 as
Administrator or Poweruser. I would like to be able to run BCM on Outlook
2003 as a restricted user. Is this possible? Thank you! Roger

Nope. This is not possible. You need to be an Administrator or atleast you
need to be a member of the
BCM Power User group. Sorry but this seems to be by design.
