BCM won't create database - any answers?

I've installed BCM, it's not disabled but not showing in outlook. When I try
to create the database it comes up with an error message 'database creation
failed'. Can anyone help with this please?

Hi Adrienne

When you go start > run > servcies.msc what is the status of the
MSSQL$MICROSOFTSLMIZ or MICROSOFT$MICROSOFTBCM is it set started

Hi Raul,

Thanks for getting back to me. I've checked the status and it is set to
started. I've also checked the link and tried to follow the instructions but
I don't have permission to rename the file as directed. I'm not sure what I
can do next to resolve this issue. When I try to create the database I just
get the database creation failed notification, then a service entry: user
cancelled message.
