BCM

Is there any way, instead of searching through every area
of Outlook, that a new section could be created for BCM.
There are many that want to learn about this and are
having problems with it, but they are sprinkled all over
the Outlook area. So ... is there any way we can get it
a BCM area? That sure would help.
