BCWP Zeroed out

Is there any reason why BCWP would be zeroed out for all tasks? I have a
3000 line schedule and for some reason, all the data in the BCWP is all zero.

Have you checked to be sure that your baseline has non-zero values for cost?

Each resource needs to have a rate associated with it, which is defined in
the Resource Sheet and you must baseline the plan.
