Beginner Book

Is Step by Step as good a beginner book as any for Excel 2003? Thanks!

In that case I would suggest saving your money until you are ready to
purchase a reference book. A little more familiarity will allow you to
know what will actually need.

The simple material can be found in many online tutorials, many
of which are available on university websites.

I would also recommend downloading Peter Noneley's "Function Dictionary"

and terrific coverage for beginner through expert in (high speed access would help)

Hi Hugh,
You're welcome. The part about high speed access being a help
was meant for the flash presentations (datapig), but it really won't matter
because you download while doing something else or even download
all of them in one zip file (left panel).
