Beginner's Question

I searched all over the MS site to try and figure out if
and how Outlook allows signature files to appear at the
bottom of a reply or forward instead of at the top. So
far, zippo. I don't care for top posting, or forced
cut/pasting my .sig into the correct position on every
message, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, and sorry for such a simplistic question, but I
can't find the answer anywhere.
