being hacked

Hi, I created web with front page, I beleive it was 8 months ago. It had ben
hacked by some one; couple days ago. And I have been hacked today again. My
question is how they can even able to hacked my web site? Second how can I
stop them? Third, There is any place to report them?

I'm looking any kind of advise. Thank you very much.

Sounds like you need to change the password for your domain account.
