Being prompted for username and password in outook 2003

Hi,
I just installed outlook 2003. We are using Exchange Server 2000 Enterprise.
When I logon to outlook, it prompts me for a username, pasword, and domain.
Is there a way to disable the logon prompt and go directly into outlook?
