best graphic format for powerpoint onscreen & printing?

Hello

I would like to insert my vector based logo into my powerpoint
presentatiion.

What is the best file format to save my logo?

PNG?, TIFF?

I used to use png and it printed out perfectly and looked good onscreen
as well. This does not happen anymore.

not sure what is going on.
