best organizational chart program to use that is friendly

What is the friendliest and easiest for multiple changes program for
organizational charts and flow charts? Does all recipients have to have the
same program to open the org chart if attached to email?

I hated doing org charts and flow charts until I bought Visio. Love it.
VERY easy to use. Yes...all recipients need to have it to open files made in
Visio. However, you can make your charts in Visio and then easily copy/paste
them to Word or Powerpoint.

Thank you very much, that does seem to be the concensus of everyone....I am
going to get Visio.
