Best Outlook-based CRM package?

Any suggestions/experiences with a CRM solution that uses Exchange and
Outlook? I've already look at MSCRM....

Please don't list CRMs with add-ons for Outlook and Exchange, such as
GoldMine and ACT!. I'm looking for something that runs inside Outlook.
