Best practice to move employee within RBS

Hi. What procedure would you recommend me to implement for resources who change their position within the RBS. Creating Costs for department 1 from january until October, and for dpt.2 in the rest of the year. Thank you for any help

Louis:

You need to change the RBS value for the resource. This will, of course,
change the way the resource is reported going forward. Hopefully, your prior
costs are already captured on the accounting side and the books are closed
for prior months.
