Best Tutorial Web Site for Intermediate User?

I have created PP presentations in Office 2000 before but I would like to
take it to the next level with PP XP!
Everyone has pretty much seen the average presentations I produce.
Maybe use some of the animations and features. Photoshop add ins? Flash?
