We have an access database that we use to track issues.
The current process is when someone has a new issue or an
update to an old issue, they email me and I update the
issue log. At certain intervals, I email a report from the
database with the open issues. I would like to eliminate
my roll in this process and put the database on the web. I
would like for people inhouse as well as reps out on the
road to be able to access this database, make updates and
print reports without my intervention. I don't want the
reps to have to log into our system to access the
database, I just want them to have an internet connection
and a password to the database. Can someone tell what
would be the best way to do this? Can this be done in
Access or do I need to look at other options? Thanks.
