Best way to give a subordinate the ability to update a project planvia project pro?

If a supervisor wants to give a sub the ability to modify a project
via project pro while they are away, what is the best way to
accomplish this while keeping the RBS intact?

I recommend transferring ownership of the project from the supervisor to the
subordinate.

So, if the subordinate owns the project, the supervisor can edit it
too as long as the supervisor has PM rights as well. Cool!

I'd rather do that than put both at the same level in the RBS.
