Best way to make a flash website

I am trying to make a flash update but I keep on having trouble. Is there a better idea that you used that might help me? Can you give me some websites? I have FP2003 and Flash 2003.

First I don't know how to Make everything come on to page. Then make a link to a specific part of the page. Also do a whole set of animation to get to the link that they want (the page).
These are the problems because I am new at this flash website

In that case you should really try the Macromedia Flash support sites since
this isn't something that you can do with FrontPage. FrontPage only allows
you to insert Flash into your site, not create them.
