best way to migrate Outlook 2000 settings to the new machine?

I am moving to a new machine soon. Can some guru tell me the best way to
migrate Outlook 2000 settings to the new machine?

The file you need to save and reuse is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
